Field Work Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Field Work Officer – Properties Department: Real Estate / Property Operations / Asset Verification Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Field-Based (On-Site Operations) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Work Officer (Properties) to oversee on-site property inspections, document verification, and field operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting various residential, commercial, or land properties, collecting accurate field data, and submitting detailed verification reports to the management team. Key Responsibilities * Site Inspection & Assessment: * Visit assigned property locations (residential, commercial, or plots) to conduct physical site inspections. * Verify boundary measurements, structural conditions, and overall site accessibility. * Capture clear photos, videos, and GPS location tagging for each property. * On-Ground Verification: * Verify ownership details, tenant status, or occupancy information on-site. * Perform background check inquiries with neighboring properties and local authorities to ensure there are no active land disputes. * Reporting & Documentation: * Prepare and submit daily property audit reports (MIS) through company apps or software. * Highlight any legal risks, encroachments, or discrepancies found during the field visit. * Stakeholder Coordination: * Coordinate with property owners, buyers, legal teams, and valuation officers. * Assist the office team with real-time field insights to speed up verification processes. Requirements & Qualifications * Education: High School Diploma (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. * Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Field Verification, Property Management, or Banking/Loan Field Operations. * Travel & License: Must own a Two-Wheeler and possess a valid Driving License. * Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphone apps, Google Maps, GPS tagging, and basic camera usage.
